Creative Fest 07 Review

It began one Sunday morning at 64 Beacon Road with a big sheet of canvas, rolls of masking tape, sunshine and lots of paint!

People made shapes and pictures with the masking tape onto the canvas; faces, words, flowers, leaves, mountains, you could tape out whatever shape you wanted.

We then painted with brushes, our hands and feet to cover the canvas. We did not know what the outcome would be but enjoyed sharing and making together.

We loved squishing, sliding, brushing, dabbing, sloshing (and that’s adults and children) and then getting washed afterwards! When the paint is dry we are going to pull off the masking tape and see what we have created….. watch this space.
