Jim Carrey stars in one of the most praised films of this year as a man who attempts to wipe his memory of his ex-girlfriend. Carey manages to last the whole film without pulling a stupid face and the result the film manages to explore issues of memory and love whilst still keeping a glint in its eye.
Kate Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Elijah Wood, Mark Ruffalo and Tom Wilkinson also star. Directed by Michael Gondry based on Charlie Kauffman's script.
