We believe God has called us to be a church that “raises up leaders”. We already have a culture of risk-taking and releasing many people into leadership roles. However being
released is only the first step. Leaders are best developed by a combination of two things:
1) opportunities to lead and
2) ongoing leadership training and development
Therefore ‘School of Leadership Year 3’ is running 07-08
This course is essential for all those carrying leadership responsibility within Open Heaven, but it will be open to others who exercise leadership in other spheres.
This week we will be looking at "Whatever you do, inspire me" with special guest Bill Hybels.
