These are cell communities made up of students who no longer live in halls of residence, but live in town with other students or in areas that are largely populated by students. They also have a vision as cell to create communities where students can meet with Jesus, find forgiveness because of the cross and live transformed lives faithful to the word of God and empowered by the Spirit of God. Their mission holds just as much purpose and promise as that of hall cells. These cells tend to be based more around the passions of the members,  focusing on areas such as location, sport/activity, life-stage/finalists, creativity etc. creating communities with focused mission and the ability to fully support eachother in shared dreams.
