'Think Big' - St. Peter's update
Over the next month we want to update you on all that’s going on with St. Peter’s: the journey so far, the vision behind it and what’s next. This is an important time for us as a church and we really hope everyone will feel part of the journey.
At our joint gathering on Sunday, Ness shared the vision behind St. Peter’s and also the journey that we’ve been on so far. It was a significant presentation that we’d love everyone to listen to. So if you weren’t able to be at the joint gathering, please do find an opportunity to listen to it.
Ness Wilson: St. Peter’s vision
We’ve also produced a vision document that will hopefully give you more explanation of where we’re at and also answer some of the questions you may have. Members of OH should have received a copy, if you haven’t, again we’d love you to take some time to read through it.
Important dates...
We have organised three discussion evenings where we want to give some space to hear from you, your thoughts, ideas and questions. We’ll also be looking at the design in more detail, what our financial commitment could be and praying together. Please do get along to one of these.
Thursday 24th Sep, 8pm at 64 Beacon Road
Monday 28th Sep, 8pm at 64 Beacon Road
Tuesday 6th Oct, 8pm at 64 Beacon Road
EGM - Tuesday 27th Oct, 8pm at Elim
The Extra Ordinary General Meeting is an important, whole church meeting where we’ll be sharing the feedback from the discussion evenings, clarifying what our financial faith target is and seeking an endorsement from the church to move forward. This is an important meeting so please do get there if possible.
If you have any questions or ideas in the mean time, please do get in touch with me.
