From the Students’ Union, head into town along Ashby Road.

• Immediately after the Trawlers Catch chip shop on the right, turn left into Broad Street, and follow this to the lights at the end.

At the lights go straight on (or right then immediately left to be precise).

Follow this road through a set of traffic lights, and a set of pedestrian lights, where the road becomes Toothill Road

42 Toothill Road is halfway down on the right hand side.
