Prayer for the Whole Church

At the start of last term we felt as a leadership team that God was not allowing us to pull away from prayer; I felt God say 'you cannot and must not pull away from prayer'. This tied in with 2 prophetic words I'd received about Open Heaven being 'match fit' and 'time to think big' and 'going for the best not just the good'. In the last meeting of term last spring I could see us gathering as a whole church to pray for an hour before our gathering. This was confirmed (Unknowingly) by several others.

It is just not enough to do a term on the Lord's Prayer, or have a week of prayer and then move on. Our future fruitfulness is intrinsically linked to the depth we can go to in prayer at this time. We feel God is calling us to practice prayer as a whole church as well as just talk about it. There is a greater dynamic that God wants to impart to us as we gather to pray. So, it's time to pray like we've never prayed before:

As a response to God’s leading we did something we had never done before... and we're going to do it again. We are continuing to start OH1 Gatherings at 3pm in Bar 1 and spend half an hour praying together.

We want to keep practicing the presence of God together, worshipping, releasing the prophetic, interceding for those who will be at the gathering who don’t yet know Him and just let Him take us deeper as a community. We're on a journey of corporate intercession and dependency on God to do what only he can do. Join us.
