Ness heads up the leadership team of Open Heaven. Ness saw many friends become Christians whilst a student at Loughborough and has got a heart to see many other students reached and discipled whilst studying at Loughborough. She is also involved in the town-wide church of Loughborough, particularly in leading monthly town-wide prayer events. This has resulted in a broader commitment to the town as well as the university and a desire to see long-term transformation of Loughborough. Ness is also a speaker at various events and conferences such as Spring Harvest and Soul Survivor. She is particularly keen to invest in emerging female leaders and is involved in a number of forums to equip and encourage young women. Ness is married to Rich and they have a little girl called Amelie.
