Loughborough: Our Projects

Open Heaven projects which are making a difference to the lives of people living in and around Loughborough.

 
Club Mission – Every Friday night a team of 10 – 15 people give up an evening to hang out in a chill out room in the union looking out for the needs of the students.

Parenting course – Equipping parents to understand the challenges of parenting through learning from each other and encouraging a support network.

Marriage course – Helping to strengthen and deepen marriages.

OH Society – Raising awareness of the injustice in our world and serving the Students Union in practical ways. 

H2O – A couple of times a term, the OH society gives out hundreds and hundreds of bottles of water for free after a night out in the Union. We want to randomly love people and bless people and reflect something of God’s generosity and kindness to us.

Prison work – Bringing hope and friendship to those in a local young offenders institute.
